Purpose of the Role:

In this role as a Product Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of the Product Team, focusing on the maritime domain within the metals mining and trading industry. Job Summary:

The Executive, Business Office will be responsible for administrative duties linked to the supply of services to customers. In addition, support all internal processes aimed at improving manufacturing excellence, health and safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Verify completed list & update next week’s list.
• File previous week’s lists under the designated folder for GMP reference.
• Liaise with relevant personnel if there needs to be any changes done to the relevant SOPs/QRs.
• Forward a copy of the stock check lists to Finance Department in Radlink-Asia at the end of each month for their reference.

Daily checking of critical areas & equipment

• Conduct daily checks on critical areas and equipment

Daily Cleaning Services

• Assist Head of SRP in obtaining quotes & pricing and any other duties assigned

Our client is a listed manufacturer of Electronics Products.. They are now recruiting a Sales Executive to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee client accounts and foster robust customer relationships.
• Draft sales proposals, quotes, and review contracts.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for prompt order processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT related field.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing strategic level/long-term planning

· Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; work on strategic projects that have total building and network-wide impact.

· Effectively leverage the Operations and Area Managers to solicit ideas and understand problems and challenges

· Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information

· Domestic and international travel logistics management, trip preparation and expense reporting

· Forecast and manage budgets and team procurement

· Coordinate department facility operations, including space planning and office moves

· Daily team support including: new hire set up; purchase of goods & services, process invoices

· Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures

· Develop and prepare reports and maintain database

Requirements

· Min dip/deg in any discipline

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment

· Team player and collaborator

· Excellent communication skills

· No experience needed, training will be provided
