• Accurately prepare and proof read a wide variety of material (e.g. correspondence invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics and/or spreadsheet software)
• Coordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly. This includes scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring various meeting amenities are available eg equipment, set up, meeting rooms & refreshment
• Manage appointments and schedules of staff and arrange travel to maximize the best use of their time
• Maintain an efficient database and filing system
• Consolidate and verify travel & expense claims before submission to Finance
• Monitor holidays and sick leave of department personnel
• Provide support in preparing sales reports and purchase requisitions, working with SAP to input or extract the data
• Provide feedback to team members to improve work processes and work environment

About You:

• Minimum Diploma
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Good internal and external networking skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.

• Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or any other related quantitative discipline with about 1 to 5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis area

• Understanding and experience in the area of ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is preferred.

• Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage.

• Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams and end Users and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions.

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage would be useful.

• Strong inter-personal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in SQL and Excel
