Sales @ Car Choice

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a branch
• Manage personnel and operations at showrooms, company events, roadshows on a rotational basis, including training and organising manpower

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and implement an SEO and SEM strategy.
• Work on organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
• Manage and create social media content and posts.
• Monthly meeting with partners and stakeholders to present campaign plans, campaign performance, and proposals for improving digital results.
• Establish conversion and event tracking on the website and across multiple digital platforms.
• Identify, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and website; evaluate against goals (KPI and ROI).

Requirements

• A diploma holder, preferably in the IT or engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO and SEM. Knowledge of technical SEO is beneficial.
• Familiar with Adobe commerce cloud platform and Adobe Creative Clouds suite.
• Experience with web analytics tools like GA4, PIWIK, and Adobe Analytics.

We are currently expanding and looking for senior/ sales associate who would be responsible for sales generation, delivering a positive customer experience and perform a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards etc.

Some of the main job scope include:

1. Customer Experience

• Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
• Create a positive first impression for the customer by showing an energetic attitude and by adhering to the GUESS? dress code
• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintains cash wrap cleanliness
• Attempt to add on to the sale and build the look
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database

2. Cooperation & Dependability

• Satisfactory completion all duties as assigned by management
• Being punctual and adhering to designated work schedule
• Being flexible and working well with peers & management to accomplish duties

• Perform housekeeping duties as required

3. Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related activities including daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding and floor change etc.
• Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company
• Participate in all inventories and set up/pack up EOS
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management
• Some heavy lifting of over 30 pounds
• Scheduled shifts require standing for a minimum of eight hours

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
• Passion for the fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond the extra mile
• Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
• Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekends (rotation basis)

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for sales of ERP Solution to achieve sales targets set.
• Identify potential markets, develop account development plans, and formulate sales strategies.
• Identify the demands of the customer and work closely with ERP consultants.
• Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting to closing of sales deal.
• Establish and maintain good client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in ERP solutions.
• Prior knowledge of ERP/ HCM packages such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics will be ideal.
