Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate should be able to perform the following:
· Brainstorms new and creative growth and lead acquisition strategies through digital marketing.
· Identifies brand building opportunities and leverage on critical conversion points
· Develop content strategy and distribution, mobilising brand building opportunities on all channels — owned, earned and paid platforms, to reach audience personas
· Builds brand awareness targeted at different consumer funnel stages, drive traffic, engagement, and generate new leads
· Directs and executes all web, social media, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and display advertising campaigns
· Optimises ad spend and performance based on the insights and data
· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Collaborates with key opinion leaders/ influencers, agencies and other vendor partners.
· Leads a team and supervises external writers, digital and media agencies for SEO and paid marketing activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
· Strong experience and proven track record in digital advertising, and SEO
· Chinese language proficiency is a plus
· Proficient with Analytics and inbound marketing
· Proactive, execution-oriented and resourceful
· Driven with strong project management skills
· Working experience with agency will be an added advantage
