Roles & Responsibilities
JOBSCOPE
Manage and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on intero.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Q10 and TikTok, Retailers on line portal) and creating compelling campaigns.
Manage day to day tasks that include creating and optimising product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
Assist to execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions.
Manage and update facebook/ Instagram in-house website content, design, and features to ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Generate sales report and work with Finance Department for finance reporting, ensuring smooth financial accounting process.
Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in E-commerce management and digital marketing
2 to 3 years of ecommerce experience with proven track record of success in driving online sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to new ideas
Proficient in Photoshop/ Illustrator/ PrestaShop / Canva platform
Photography skills will be an advantage
Woocommerce or wordpress knowledge preferred.
