Sales Executive Cum Lorry Driver

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform delivery island wide
- Loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicle
- ad-hocs duties assigned (warehouse related)
- Unloading of container
- Taking care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle

REQUIREMENT

- Physically fit (Able to handle and carry goods of heavy weight)

Market personnel who assist the marketing director in planning and formulating various promotional activity plans according to market needs, and are responsible for the overall implementation of promotional activities and the evaluation of activity effects.

1. Assist with the execution of market activity plans;

2. Assist in controlling the material costs and labor costs required for market promotion, and preparing activity budgets;

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare an evaluation report;

4. Collect and analyze internal client information, update data regularly, and propose appropriate marketing ideas.

5. Assist with company corporate secretarial customer service inquiry from potential clients.

6. Conduct market research, regularly produce and update the company's program content on various media platforms, has the ability to independently produce media materials, and collect data for further improvement.

7. Able to work on weekends for matural agreement from both parties.

8. Bilingual requirement due to targetting oversea clients.

9. Able to travel overseas to attend company overseas exhibitions.

• Plan and execute marketing activities and marketing plans for new brand / existing brand, etc. to boost brand’s visibility and awareness in the lighting industry
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the lighting industry.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of brand, marketing & communications efforts, providing regular reports and insights to Management.
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Organising events and participating in trade fairs
• Overseeing advertising and sponsorship
• Manage and maintain the brand's presence on Social Media platforms
• Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Liaising with web designer for web updates
• Liaising with vendor and manufacturer for distribution partnership
• Perform any additional tasks as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the Lighting or Building and Construction sector

Primarily to develop new customers in South East Asia, (including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia) and the Middle East.

To develop new customers in Singapore.

To be involved in maintaining and servicing existing customers in Singapore and/or Overseas.

To analyze market trends for sought after products and source for them.

To analyze industry trends and the competition to identify new sales opportunities for current and future customers’s demands.

Plan sales strategies.

Drive sales, monitor & track, and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met.

Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.

Plan and decide inventory replenishment basing on sales movement

Requirements

At least 3 years’ of sales experience in consumer products

(preferably in children’s books and/or toys and/or any other convenience consumer products).

At least one years' experience in purchasing role for consumer products.

Be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Good team player and able to work effectively with minimum supervision

Strong interpersonal skills to deal with different levels of customers.
