Responsibilities:
1. Network Design and Implementation: Design and set up networks that meet business needs, ensuring they are scalable, highly available, and secure.

2. Network Configuration: Set up and maintain network equipment like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Keep them updated and secure.

3. Network Monitoring: Use tools to detect and fix network issues, ensuring good performance.

4. Security: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, with a focus on security from the start.

5. Troubleshooting: Investigate and fix network problems like connectivity issues, routing, and performance.

6. Documentation: Keep network records up-to-date, including diagrams and configurations.

7. Network Optimization: Continuously improve network performance and efficiency, making changes to enhance reliability and speed.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and departments to align network needs with business goals.

9. Vendor Management: Collaborate with network service providers and vendors to resolve issues and improve network services.

10. Capacity Planning: Assess network capacity needs and plan for future growth, recommending necessary upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional network engineering experience.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies like TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, VPNs, and routing/switching.
• Experience with network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
• Understanding of network security best practices and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Additional certifications like CCNA or CCNP are a plus

· Fundraising and Donations Management

• To propose annual fundraising targets.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing or related field of study from a recognised institution
