Responsibiities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Prospecting: Actively seek out and identify potential clients through networking, digital outreach etc.
Qualification: Assess the potential value and fit of leads to prioritize efforts.
Client Meetings: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's services and address client concerns.
Conduct presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our company's services.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and trust-building.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and existing company's data.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, prioritizing leads and opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with company's objectives with Management
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Event Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with event team: Work with the events team to ensure client requirements are met throughout the planning process.
Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, target audience, and budget.
Event Execution: Coordinate with clients and internal team on the event execution, including logistics, timelines, and on-site management
Problem-solving: Offer insightful/creative solutions to challenges and opportunities that arise during the event planning process.
Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event performance and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research and Development
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine services and marketing strategies.
Business Development Initiatives: Propose and implement new business development initiatives to drive our company's market reach and new revenue channels.
Staying up-to-date: Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and competitors
Reporting and Documentation
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activies/progress, client interation, and contract management. Also, feedback report on client's feedback and areas for improvement.
Compliance: Documentation are inline with company policies and industry regulations.
