Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement market strategies and establish new business opportunities in line with company sales objectives
• Plan, coordinate, execute and manage promotional activities
• Coordinate and execute in-house photoshoots for marketing and promotional purposes
• Create, manage, optimize social media advertising campaigns for various business entities
• Monitor and respond to comments in social media posts as appropriate
• Craft marketing content to drive maximum customer engagement across digital and social media platforms such as TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, Facebook and Lemon8 etc.

Job Requirements

• Have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, experience working in analytics and be digitally-savvy
• Advantageous to have Adobe, Illustrator, Canva and other graphic software knowledge
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and contribute to marketing materials in Chinese language
• A hunger to learn on the go and an ability to multi-task

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.
