Job Description:

• Collaborate with the MD and Leadership Team to craft and implement an inclusive cross-channel marketing strategy and annual plan for brand and product promotion.
• Formulate sector-specific marketing strategies for Photo, Sports Optics, Home Cinema, and Timepieces, aligning closely with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, including collaborations with the Leica Akademie and Gallery, to foster brand enthusiasm.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy with the PR agency to optimize audience engagement and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Strategize and execute 360-degree Go-to-Market launches, involving key stakeholders, to ensure brand uniformity across all channels.

Job Description:
