• Support and enable GSK by engaging with healthcare professionals and public health decision makers, providing scientific information, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement Vaccines Medical Strategic Plan/s and Scientific Engagement activities to lead internal and external (customer facing) medical projects.
• Provide factual, balanced and scientifically rigorous medical and safety information regarding disease areas of mutual interest, GSK products in development and medical information on therapeutically assigned franchise/portfolio.
• Brings insight to the organization by having an in-depth knowledge of the science and evidence for GSK vaccines and other treatment options within their therapy area expertise.
• Provides expert vaccines medical support on all aspects of Marketing, Medical Information and Product Training for LOC’s Healthcare business as required.
• Assists in the development, organization, preparation, and implementation of training for internal and external audiences on disease knowledge and management.
• Identifies necessary local evidence generation activities and serves as the LOC lead of these scientific projects.
• Ascertain high standards of medical and scientific accuracy in all external communication to medical audience and public in keeping with GSK policy and relevant industry and regulatory codes.
• Engages with health-related agencies of the government to understand their needs regarding our products and to contribute to public health planning.
• Reinforces the external scientific image of GSK Pharma/Vaccines Healthcare to various MOH agencies and departments through representation and continuous educational efforts.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultative Selling

• Provide tailored consultations to deeply understand each client’s unique business challenges and goals.
• Identify and recommend Getz solutions (e.g., CRM, Instore QR, Payment Terminal, Online Pickup, and Delivery) that address specific client needs and align with business objectives.
• Conduct pre-meeting research and develop presentations that communicate value clearly, followed by customized post-meeting proposals and follow-ups.
• Educate clients on how Getz’s solutions can enhance sales, reduce costs, and streamline their operations.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with F&B business owners and key stakeholders to build trust and encourage ongoing engagement with Getz’s solutions.

3. Onboarding and Solution Implementation

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Participate in RFI/RFP

• Work on the project scoping during presales to size up the project management effort, and the write-out on project management section for proposal

• Manage multiple projects ensuring Project Scopes, Schedules, Resources and Outcomes are within project milestone timeline and budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology

• 5-10 years project management experience in mid-to-large scale projects preferably from SI environment

• Delivered at least 3 large complex Project of minimum SGD 1 million and team size of 10 or more

• Experience with projects in large Enterprise Networks Solutions, IT Security, DC Design and Build, DC Relocation and Cloud Related.

• Advantageous if project experience included Software Defined Networks

• Must be PMP or CITPM certified (5 years or more)

• Need security clearance for Government Projects

• CCNA/CCNP certification advantageous

• Agile / Scrum certification advantageous
