Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. The Duty Manager’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• meets or liaises with other executives or managers of the various departments to satisfy guests/customers' requests
• handle VIP arrivals
• manages security issues and any matters concerning guests’ conduct in rooms or public areas
• assists in reception, concierge, reservations, housekeeping operations
• gather feedback and analyses market/industry trends and potential customers to suggest appropriate proposals to enhance branding and revenue
• supervises and guides the front office team and coordinates the team’s work schedules

• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
• Able to perform rotating shift including PH and weekends
• Schedule (AM:7am-4pm, Aft:2pm-11pm, Night:10pm-7am)

· Assist with filing, scanning, and printing of documents for the office and company facilities.

· Collaborate closely with managers to implement policies aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating employees.

· Execute business plans, organize logistics, materials, and manpower to achieve business outcomes.

Clinic & Staff Support Service - Respond promptly to clinic operations’ needs, ensuring the efficient

operation of support services. Manage equipment requirements, including maintenance and

troubleshooting when necessary.

· IT Support & Access Management - Troubleshoot technical issues and manage access credentials

for various systems.

· Staff Interaction and Facilities Management - Visit clinics to engage with staff, fostering open

communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.

· Employee Reviews & Appraisals - Conduct monthly staff appraisals and performance reviews,

prepare necessary documentation.

· Implement Process Automation and Integrations: Zapier, ChatGPT, Chatbot, Plugins, etc.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in IT systems.
