Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand's products and services across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and events.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, understand consumer preferences, and assess competitive landscapes, utilizing these insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all facets of digital marketing, such as website content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to boost brand visibility and drive both online and offline traffic and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Product Development, and Creative—to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and product launch timelines.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and increasing sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and integrate best practices.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet marketing goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on brand management, public relations, and social media; experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Campaign Management: Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective marketing campaigns and events.
- Digital Proficiency: In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
