Overall Purpose of Job:

• Managing and preparation of cost estimation and commercial proposal including contractual obligation require by tender process
• Procurement and subcontract management for ongoing projects. This involves selecting the right vendors, negotiating favourable terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit cost estimation based on tender specification for approval. Requirements
