JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Energy Transition Strategy:
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to transition the organization towards sustainable energy focused culture and mindset.

  • Drive sustainable energy awareness and promote energy-efficient practices within the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of evolving energy regulations and policies especially in the context of renewable energy, government incentives, tax credits and subsidies in Singapore as well as countries in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ensuring the organization complies with energy related laws and regulations and obtaining necessary permites and certifications for sustainable energy related projects.
• Audit, Reporting and Analysis:
  • Preparing reports on KPIs relating to energy usage, cost savings and sustainability metrics.

  • Perform audits and make recommendations for improvements, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Environmental Science, Energy or Sustainability or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Operations

1. Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials, including PPT slides and brochures.
2. Support sales efforts during tenders and projects.
3. Assist in daily sales operations and customer service.
4. Assist in setting up new accounts and provide necessary documentation for approval.
5. Scan and file quotations, proposals, and contracts for new accounts while maintaining accurate records.
