We are seeking a Senior Manager of Application Engineering & QA to lead a team in providing innovative technical solutions while ensuring quality standards. Skills and Competencies Profile

· A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

· In-depth knowledge of thin-film metallurgy, deposition processes, and related equipment (e.g., Ion Beam Deposition, PVD, CVD).

· Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to address customer issues through critical and logical thinking

· Familiarity with quality assurance practices, including compliance with industry standards and quality management systems.

· Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

· Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
