Responsibilities

1. Appointment Planning and Management

• Plan and manage appointments for water purifier installation and service maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations and maintenance services efficiently.
• Ensure all appointments are logged and tracked in the company system.

2. Customer Service and Follow-Up

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

3. On-Site Assistance

• Assist on-site with the installation and maintenance of water purifiers.

4. Roadshow Support

• Assist in the setup and tear down of roadshows and promotional events.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

The Mid Market Sales Representative will be a relentless hunter prospecting in the accounts of their respective territory, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities to engage, manage and close new business.
