• Provide creative direction for designing new and existing materials, helping to refresh or update the brand as needed.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the team to prepare marketing content and distribute materials for events, including digital and print media.
• Assist in executing corporate events, tradeshows, and other special events, ensuring they align with marketing goals and deliver brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist with content updates for the website, including event pages, banners, and visual assets to enhance online visibility.
• Understanding website management, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital marketing (SEO & SEM).
• Ensure media partners and supporting organisations meet the requirements outlined in agreements, including tracking advertisements in various publications.
• Ensure sponsors’ and partners’ branding is incorporated into event marketing materials in line with agreements and sponsorship requirements.
• Set up and update content on events platforms such as Gevme, Eventbrite, and Premagic.
• Perform other related tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Qualification and Skills

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing marketing materials such as brochures, event collateral, social media graphics/reels/gifs, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design tools to create high-quality graphics and content.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and an understanding of social media marketing best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategies and customer needs.

· Assist the Regulatory Department in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.

· Issue invoices, airway bills, and assist with packing and labeling of products for delivery.

· Provide logistical and administrative support, including the preparation of internal and external audits.

· Help build and improve resilient internal processes to support rapid scaling and operational growth.

· Coordinate internal resources and assist various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the company's standards.

· Provide administrative support to ensure all marketing and operational initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Marketing Support & Content Development:

· Assist in the creation and development of engaging marketing materials, such as product brochures, press releases, and digital content for social media.

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to inform marketing strategies.

· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.

· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
