Job Responsibilities:
· Collect and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Turn data into actionable insights for business improvements.
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and assist in decision-making processes.
· Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, working to improve data collection and reporting processes.
· Address and resolve data-related problems in collaboration with other teams.
· Ensure data quality and integrity in databases and reports.
Job Requirements:
· University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
· 4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
· Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (Python, C#, XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (R, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
· Strong data visualization skills on tools (PowerBI, D3.js, GGplot, etc.).
· Having experience in constructing data analytics workflows using Alteryx is a good to have.
· Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
· Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
