The HR Executive/Manager will be expected to work closely with the Head of BD & Operations to provide support for all people-related matters for the office. The individual must be able to work independently as well and be able to prioritise, meet challenging deadlines and able to build a strong relationship with the wider company.

Role and Responsibilities

General

• Responsible for the monthly payroll and statutory payments requirements
• Responsible for all required activities in relation to the full employment life cycle
• Responsible for keeping the HR systems and records up to date
• Filing all relevant HR documentation efficiently
• Assist with the administration of the company’s appraisal and performance review process

Recruitment & On-boarding

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment including sourcing for candidates across various platforms
• Updating and maintaining job descriptions
• Responsible for job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews
• Maintain the proper recording of all recruitment data.
• Manage the rejection of unsuccessful candidates
• Set up new joiner and on-boarding materials

General

• Support all employee welfare initiative and activities

Skills and Qualification

• Minimum three years’ experience within a professional environment within the HR field
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/HR Management
• Experience in recruitment in the Finance/FinTech sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently, as a sole contributor
• Good organisational and time management skills, meet tight deadlines and manage workload effectively
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
