JOB SCOPE :

1. Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time within scope and budget.
2. Able to lead the whole project team independently and effectively to bring out the best of each individual.

5. Able to control and allocate tasks to respective site manager, supervisors and workers effectively.
6. Implement the strategies, plans & coordinate with all sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they are able to perform / supply materials within stipulated lead time smooth project handover, without delay.
7. Attend and cater to main contractors' / consultants' needs and requirements where possible in order to provide sound advice on alternative plans if needed.
8. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project accordingly.
9. To be able to provide regular operational progress report to the Project Director. Communicate effectively between internal management, team and main contractors.
10. Perform any other ad hoc duties.

• Relevant working experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master in at least 2 Agile/Waterfall project development life cycle.

Your new role

• Ensure facility and security documents are duly executed and in order for implementation
• Perform redemption of facilities for Private Banking facilities (including but not limited to Premium Financing, Lombard Loan)
• Manage the daily routine operations (including but not limited to account opening process, new account set-up, provide general banking services including remittance, deals executions, complete client’s banking instructions, account maintenance, day-end order reconciliation, audit confirmation etc.)
• To review and approve investment related transactions in accordance to MAS regulations and internal guidance
• Set-up new accounts in the system and custody of the account-opening file for regular post-acceptance review upon account approval by PB management
• Check and perform authorization of account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
• Check and perform authorization of investment products and other PB products where applicable.
• Work closely with HO’s counterparts to ensure daily transaction are processed, settled and issues, if any are resolved accordingly.
• Perform facility & security documents supports for Private Banking facilities
• Lead &/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and system testing
• Familiar with the end-to-end flow of wealth management product life cycle
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficient in English and Chinese due to the need to liaise with Chinese counter parties.;
• Experience in Credit administration within the private banking is required.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

· Work collaboratively with curators, artists, digital practitioners and exhibition designers to assist with the research, exhibition development and implementation of the Project Citizens showcase/exhibition.

· Support the team’s research on Singapore’s post-independence history.

· Work collaboratively with collection managers, conservators, curators, public service agencies and other related parties on curatorial projects and the collation and assessment of stories and artefacts submitted through FM programmes.

· Work with the curatorial team to research into, conceptualise and conduct video interviews of key leaders in Singapore’s immediate pre-and post-independence history. This includes:

o Conducting background research on the interviewees

o Drafting interview questions and conducting interviews alongside the curatorial team.

o Leading archival research for relevant audio-visual clips and photographs to use in the video productions.

· Seek permissions and copyright for material curated for use in FM exhibitions, video production, education and public engagement programmes.

· Manage content and text for translation and fabrication.

· Provide administration and operational support for above mentioned projects.
