The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of Philips Audio & Accessories. She/he is tasked to optimize sales value through building strong relationships with existing key accounts, while expanding customer base to cover unaddressed markets/ channels.

The Sales Manager reports to the Singapore and Export Market Sales Leader. In the execution of daily business operations, she/he will need to interact with internal functions of Marketing, Supply Chain, Regional Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales & profitability targets
• Additional KPIs include: Stocks in warehouse (SIW), Ageing stocks (>2M%), Stocks in trade (SIT), Account Receivables
• Drive planned strategies, corrective measures to ensure the achievement of the business overall policy in terms of sales targets, distribution, visibility, product mix, and channel training plans.
• Conduct Customer Business reviews on quarterly basis and report achievement to Sales Leader on a timely manner.
• Maintain Channel Strategy and Trade policies pre-aligned with Sales Leader. (This include negotiating/developing trading terms & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.)
• Report back business trends and opportunities. Work with Sales Leader & Regional Product team to build business cases to develop identified opportunities.
• Work closely with Supply Chain team on monthly demand forecast plans.
• Work with Marketing to define sales collateral required for target markets.
• Monthly sales reporting for analysing and summarizing information in market movements (e.g. sales report by account, sales forecast, etc.)
• Manage small team consisting of sales person & store promotor.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales management (offline & online), in consumer electronics space. Experience in headphones, mobile/home accessories categories, will be advantageous.
• Strong industry network.
• Effective communicator; ability to effectively engage senior external & internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently & deliver on tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• University degree, preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
