Requirements:-

• BSc or other relevant technical /commercial background.
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Experience in managing Service Department an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of drilling technology’s emergency preparedness and response plan.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience, knowledge of MH Drilling equipment is preferable.
• Well-developed customer focus.
• Excellent English skills, both written and oral.

Job Description & Requirements

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients (both MNC and SME) in audit and assurance division.
• Managing audit engagement teams to deliver top quality services.
• Develop a strong client relationships, with sound technical knowledge and ability to motivate team members
• Minimal 4 years of experience in reputable Singapore CPA firms

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
• Manage contract amendments and variations.
• Ensure accurate and timely contract documentation and record keeping.
• Work closely with Legal Counsels and Project Accountants for necessary documentations and reviews.
• Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 - 6 years of experience in contracts management, preferably from the construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Possess strong knowledge in contracts law and regulations.
