JOB SUMMARY

You will play a critical role in developing and implementing a costing model for Specialized, to help provide insights and deliver optimized end-to-end costs. Job Description:

· Providing all services offered by the salon, which includes hair cutting and styling as well as hair removal and beauty treatments.

· Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements.

· Preparing work schedules for salon staff.

· Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.

· Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.

· Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.

· Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.

· Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

· Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement new products – particularly for deposit products either digital or non-digital, to attract a wide customer base, with focus on younger customers.
• Review existing deposit products and devise competitive strategies to enhance its features to make our deposit products more attractive and relevant to the masses.
• Manage the full suite of product development process, from conception to implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies on products availability in the market, and able to analyze market trends so as to develop appropriate marketing strategies to position the Company.
• Work in partnership with the relevant stakeholders in the Company to ensure compliance to company’s and MAS rules and regulations
• Working with Communications team on advertising and promotion strategies to position the product.
• required to look at enhancing the mortgage loan product, in addition to deposit products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Finance, Marketing or equivalent
• With 3 - 5 years of product development experience in Financial Institutions or relevant field is a must.
• Analytical and creative in product offerings, with good exposure in deposit and loan products.
• Excellent communication skills.
