Job Description

• Coordinate and follow up with project manager and report to MD
• Assisting the Managing Director to develop PowerPoint presentations outlining the company's business policies and new business plans, to be presented to HQ in Japan.
• Assisting the MD in developing the monthly plan, including creating presentation materials and preparing formal documents for submission to HQ
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure project updates are compiled and communicated and report to the MD
• Provide a review and status update of the overall project, and subsequently follow up with the Managing Director.
• Support the MD - Communicate with HQ or other department manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by MD

Job Requirement

• Minimum about 3 years in Sales coordinator or Sales support role or Business planning role.
• Familiar with PowerPoint presentation or making Reports in Japanese
• Business level of Japanese language a to communicate and report with Japan HQ team. (Speaking and writing)
• Experience with Business Planning or Corporate Planning.
• Able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise internal staffs regardless of the department.
• Experience in administrative roles or secretary roles
• Working experience at Japanese company will be advantageous.
• Corporate secretarial support related working experience is preferred.

In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Team with a focus on running campaigns, promotions, and working with agency partners. We have an urgent need to fill this role so candidates that can come on board soon will be viewed favourably.

About the role

• Be responsible for running partner marketing campaigns that include social media, web, press releases, POS material, short from video content and other supporting collateral
• Execute partner promotions for utu products to retailers, airlines, and consumers
• Be able to craft compelling articles and partner communication
• Collaborate with external advertising and PR agencies
• Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs to measure marketing success
• Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment, smooth execution, and overall project success
• Obtain partner testimonials in the form of videos and quotes for building brand awareness
• Create and release global partner communications in the form of quarterly newsletters and lead nurture alerts
• Create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Preferred experiences & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant concentration. E.g. marketing, business or hospitality
• Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience
• Experience in travel, retail, or fintech industries will be looked upon favourably
• Agency experience is advantageous
• Proven experience in running global marketing campaigns and PR
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally

Market Studies & Analysis

• Monitor and analyze *residential sales performance of competitor projects with reporting as follows:
• New launchresidential sales performance and Agent’s Commission
• Creative sales package(s) introduced by Developer(s)
• ABSD remission timelines of competitor projects
• Government land sales provisional tender closing results

*Extension of coverage to Commercial and Industrial market segments

Product Development and Feasibility Studies

• Spearhead initial product positioning of the development to direct projects and consultants to develop a product that is aligned with market demand and trends
• Provide market feedback to the Management regarding competitive offerings, customer needs, demands and work closely with Development Projects team to generate product development ideas for upcoming/new Far East Organization product launches
• Product development driven by data analysis of competitor projects such as product provisions, fittings, and market trends (i.e. Bedroom type, size, unit layout)
• Provide proposals on intended unit mix, sizes and detailed review of layouts guided by salability and market benchmarks
• Analysis of competitors’ pricings and provide proposal on selling price of intended product conceived
• Far East Organization Vacant Land bank review (work closely with Finance and Development Projects to identify potential sites for redevelopment for sales launch)
• Provide support to Directors to evaluate new development/ redevelopment opportunities in Government Land Tenders and private enbloc market

Sales Development

• Develop tool kits (Unique product attributes or information, property market information) to equip Sales team with the relevant information to conduct all sales-related functions at showflats/ sales galleries which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales transactions
• Equip sales team with Market updates and competitor sales launch activities
• Conduct monthly market review and performance benchmark
• Develop tool kit for new/upcoming launch products for sales team, joint marketing agencies and agents to use for sales-related function
• Application of insights gathered to supplement Sales team product pitches
• Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities

The scope of duties and responsibilities may be enlarged or reduced at the Management’s discretion, depending on the Management’s assessment of your performance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent
• Minimally 2 years of relevant research/ analyst experience
• Resourceful with good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and able to draw insights from data for improving sales/ product development strategies and solutions
• A good understanding of the challenges facing the local property market will be an added advantage
