PURPOSE

The Policy Servicing Manager role will be expected to support policy servicing function of life business which the responsibilities include processing customers’ service requests and represent policy servicing and premium management functions as a subject matter expert for product launches and other initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for policy servicing and premium management on processes, operational procedures and system requirements for any new product launches/system enhancements.
• Review and sign off business requirements. Perform user acceptance testing, provide progress update and sign off.
• Liaison and point of contact for external parties for any operational matters that include (but not limited to) system migration etc.
• Any other ad hoc tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder
• At least 8 years of life insurance operations with good knowledge in policy servicing and premium management.
• Preferably possess relevant insurance certifications.
• Solid life insurance operations knowledge
• Minimum experience in AS400 system

Scope & Responsibility:

• Advise company in all submission of fire safety documents to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for approval
• Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as required by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Conduct relevant basic fire safety awareness training to employees and in-house fire fighting team.
• Conduct monthly fire safety inspection for workplace.
• Assist in the formation of Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and assist in training for the ERT members
• Attend to annual fire certification by SCDF

DESCRIPTION

The Regulatory Compliance Manager reports to the Project Director and shall be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the Sub-Contractor's discipline engineering professionals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Regulatory Permits & Consents Compliance Plan for the project including all active and passive statutory and Classification compliance requirements.
• Review Compliance Plan with Client and Class Authority, and report as necessary.
