Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. You will proactively suggest asset enhancement initiatives and strategic value creation initiatives (including refinancing, divestment or operational enhancement) and evaluation of new pipelines etc.

Requirements :

You possess a Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance or Business or related field from a recognised tertiary provider and have at least 6 years of experience in related investment scope such as capital budgeting and related analysis i.e., IRR, NPV, DCF, Yields.

You possess solid understanding of financial investment evaluation and capital decision making in the Industrial or logistics real estate industry. You are commercially sound with knowledge of Asia real estate market including properties, rents, cost structures etc. You are highly numerical with advanced financial modelling skillsets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will also be held in high regards.
