• Ensure documentation and information of customers and fleet vehicles are collected and updated promptly.
• Report weekly sales forecasts, usage rates, collection, and claim rates.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure vehicles are prepared for customer delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and fellow sales team members to ensure service excellence through all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Tertiary education with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or fleet management.
• Experience in retail or counter sales is an added advantage.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-initiated, with a track record of getting things done.
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability in a start-up environment.
• Valid Class 2B license is a must
