The Quality & Training Team in Primary and Community Care Division supports the capability and capacity building of the PCN HQ care teams to strengthen team-based care approach. The Primary Care Networks (PCN) is setup for General Practitioners (GP) clinics to support holistic and team-based care. 1. Product Knowledge
