The Sales Head’s duties are to grow a hungry Sales team, achieve annual targets, build relationships, and grow the company. This role has an initial geographical focus on Singapore, before expanding to the rest of Asia.

Responsibilities

• Understand Infosys Compaz (iCompaz) solutions and services
• Work with internal solution and delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing and contract negotiation
• Provide appropriate solutions to the clients to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clients

Working closely with the Head (Entrepreneurship), you will develop and conduct entrepreneurship programmes and initiatives.
