Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Leads Generations: Accquire new potential leads through different methods e.g. canvassing, cold calling, online leads generation
2. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with complementary businesses, such as construction firms, or interior designers, to generate leads through mutual referrals
3. Industry Events: Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and business networking events to meet potential clients and build relationships
4. Follow up with Leads: Follow up on ongoing sales opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline
5. Track Stock: Monitor inventory levels of painting materials, tools, and other supplies to ensure there is enough on hand
6. Turnover: Monitor inventory turnover rates to adjust stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts
7. Supplier/Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices, ensure on time delivery, and resolve any supply chain issues
8. Order Fulfillment: Ensure efficient processing of all orders, from online orders to large or complex orders for retail stores/professional painters
9. Logistic Coordination: Ensure on-time delivery, manage any special handling requirements, and customers' satisfaction
10. Monitor sales activity: Review daily sales reports and metrics to assess performance and address any issues
11. Sales Report: Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management
