• Minimum 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience is required.
• Proficient knowledge of MS office such as Excel.
• Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience.
• Perform the full cycle sales operation.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales

1. Execute Business Development Plan in Singapore primarily for System Certification and related products and services

2. Understand and devise pricing strategy for each product (Certifications / Training) for various verticals

3. Work closely with the Key Accounts Manager and align efforts to achieve over all business targets by conducting primary and secondary research

4. Manage a few accounts, clients for continual enquiry generation

5. May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stake holders

6. Strategy formulation, plan, define and establish a short term / long-term business development plan

7. Estimation and Quotation preparation. Initial vetting of contracts as advised upon by the Key Accounts Manager.

8. Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Key Accounts Manager

9. Assist the Key Accounts Manager on live projects and real time client interaction

10. Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Key Accounts Manager/Country Head.

Job Requirement:

· Good communication skills

· Resourceful, fast learner and strong interpersonal skills

· Good proficiency in both written and spoken English

· Resilience to always go the extra mile

· Diploma or Degree Level Candidates in Business Management or Engineering or any relevant fields

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and achievement of sales activities, profit and strategic objectives

- Presentation to clients to introduce company profile and services

- Provide solution and prepare proposal and quotation to clients

- Prepare Sales schedules and reports

- Identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish new client relationship

- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

Requirements:-

- Any qualification welcome

- Prefer accounting sales experience

- Independent with good negotiable skills

- Able to hold discussion with client

- travel to client's office

Other Detail:-

- Commission up to 20% per case

(Average minimum around $800 per case)

- Good performer can be promoted as Team Leader (Sales)
