• Manage financial transactions: Cashier or lead customers to counter to do payment
• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided), or 1 year or more of experience in retail.
• Interest in leather/fashion goods with a good sense of fashion knowledge.
• Excellent experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays on a shift basis.

Working Location: Isetan NEX, Takashimaya, OG Albert, TANGS, ION, Parkway, IMM, Changi City Point

Working hours:

• Morning / Afternoon Shift: 8-9 hours with 1 hour meal break
• Full shift is from 10-10, with 2 breaks (45mins each meal break)
