Qualifications/Requirement.

· Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.

· At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience in Oil & Gas industries/ EPC within SEA regions.

· Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.

· Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.

· Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.

· Candidate should be open to travel 50% plus of the time.

· Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.

Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Loyang (Pick up transport from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok)

Salary: $10-11/HR

Duration: Immediate – May 2025 (6 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice)
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate clients, and other key stakeholders to secure business partnership.
• Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
• Coordinate internal & ensure on time delivery to customers
• Preparation documentations for all shipments include export activities
• Perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
