• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients

• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Job Description:

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

· Maintain a well-organized record of customer database

· Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)

· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)

The job involves playing a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and providing an important link between the salesperson and the client. Main job scope revolve around processing all sales-related work, also includes simple stock receiving and data entry.
Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders. Those working in this particular area of sales are often the first point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints
Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. They must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers. Secretarial skills are an added advantage, as the job may involve taking on diary management duties for executives.
