Summary

The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.

Job scope:

• Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
• Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
• Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

1) Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception development Phase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project.

2) Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant and NSC.

3) Monitor the site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor

4) Develop project schedule

5) Attend site meeting or progress meeting with client/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team.

6) Handles all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports(emails, site progress report weekly update project schedule, etc.)

7) Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials

8. Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager.

9) Plan and schedule project timelines

10) Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

11) Provide direction and support to project team

12) Quality assurance

13) Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management

14) Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (submit weekly site progress report to management)

15) Monitor and manage rectification works.

16) To establish progressive and finalized final claim to clients for each completed projects

17) To participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required

18) To evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claim and recommend appropriate payments

19) Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meetings

Requirements:

1) Experience in ID projects
2) Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of architectural, building and mechanical and electrical works
3) Proven experience in managing site work and managing a project team
4) Proven experience in people management and problem solving skills

5) Able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service which includes order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinate with all other departments to ensure customers requirements are met and followed up.
• Attend to customers complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
• Collate and present information based on customers’ feedback or issues encountered at work to superior for review and rectification.
• Ensure all task assigned are handled safely conforming to the Health and Safety Act and other safety regulations as stipulated within the organization.
• Assist Indoor Sales Supervisor on daily operation and ensure smooth running of the department.
• Assist Indoor Sales Supervisor & Business Development Manager upon request.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE “O” level/ Polytechnic
• Experience as Sales Coordinator preferably 1-2 years.
• Basic PC knowledge
• Customer Service Oriented and good communication skills.

• Location: Penjuru Close
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, (7.45am to 5.15pm)
• Salary: S$3,200 higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
