Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact between the Singapore office and Japanese Headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment with corporate objectives.
· Drive sales of electronic products and solutions by identifying and targeting potential customers in the Singapore and regional markets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
· Analyze market trends and competitors, providing strategic insights and recommendations to HQ.
· Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
· Collaborate with the technical team to understand and effectively communicate product specifications and capabilities.
· Facilitate smooth coordination of product shipments, inventory management, and logistics with HQ and local partners.
· Translate and interpret business documents, technical materials, and communications between Japanese and English.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for HQ, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
· Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) with JLPT1 to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
· Min 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
· Strong understanding of the electronics industry, including market trends, customer needs, and supply chain dynamics.
· Based in Singapore with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to work across diverse cultures.
