The Role

As a smart Sales Executive, you will report to the smart Head of Operations selling the smart brand story, automotive innovation, and a lifestyle that sets smart apart. Job Title: Livestreamer (Work from Home)

Job Description:

The Livestreamer will play a key role in promoting DixmondSG’s homegrown hair care products through engaging live sessions across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent on-camera presentation skills and the ability to foster strong viewer interactions to drive sales and brand loyalty. This is a remote work-from-home position, requiring a daily commitment of 3 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Livestream Hosting & Product Promotion:Conduct live product presentations from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily, showcasing DixmondSG’s product range.
  Highlight product features, demonstrate usage, and communicate the benefits in a compelling manner to drive customer interest and sales.
  
• Customer Engagement & Interaction:Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  Encourage customer participation, promote special offers, and provide personalized recommendations during live sessions.
  
• Sales Performance & Conversion:Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize conversions during each session.
  Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and call-to-action incentives to boost sales.
  
• Session Preparation & Coordination:Work with the marketing and product teams to prepare talking points, promotional materials, and visuals for each live session.
  Stay informed about new products, market trends, and any changes to product specifications or promotions.
  
• Reporting & Feedback:Deliver concise reports on livestream performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer engagement roles (e-commerce or influencer experience preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging on-screen presence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling real-time viewer interactions.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online sales strategies.
• Interest in the beauty and hair care industry is advantageous.

As a Cross-border eCommerce Senior Manager at P&G, you will be one of our key drivers behind our continued growth and success! Your team

You will report to the Market Strategy Director of Global Travel Retail, based in Singapore. As part of a winning team of both business leaders and experts in SK-II, you will work closely with multi-functional & diverse team of experts across the globe!

Responsibilities

You will have end-to-end ownership of SK-II Global Travel Retail’s cross-border eCommerce channel, from developing winning commercial plans to selling in the plans to the Customer.

• Define Key Business Drivers for the cross-border eCommerce channel, specific to Prestige skincare
• Design winning commercial plans to deliver against channel revenue targets, with buy-in from internal stakeholders for necessary investments
• Lead sell in of plans to the Customer, ensuring execution excellence at every Customer and Consumer touchpoint
• Define pricing and promotion strategy for Global Travel Retail business, in line with your channel key business drivers. Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the best outcome for our in-market investments.
• Act in compliance with internal stewardship policies on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages.

Qualifications - External

• Minimum 2 years of China eCommerce experience (e.g. DouYin, T-Mall Global) as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for China market. Specific Cross-border eCommerce experience would be an advantage.
• Expertise of operations at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) Commercial planning and processes.
• Knowledge in Beauty/Skincare/Prestige brands.
• Understanding of Travel Retail channel would be an advantage.
• High proficiency in business Mandarin as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for China market.
• Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and optimally to external and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility in travel – 20-30% (8-12 times a year including Customer Meetings, Internal meetings, etc.)
