Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

We are looking for an independent and driven sales merchandiser with a good track record of establishing relationships in the market and achieving good displays for handled products. Incentives available.

• Visit given set of outlets within assigned area or channel and develop same-store sales based on KPI.

• Responsible for the optimum arrangement and display of the company’s goods on all supermarket/retail shelves.

• Maintain good relationships with store managers and team leaders.

• Obtain more displays and better facings for our company's products.

• Check stock at individual supermarket outlets and assist in reordering/replenishment.

• Ensure no Out of Stock situation at all outlets/channels assigned.

• Respond to customers’ complaints or feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist during in-store promotion events.
