Job descriptio:

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees

Responsibilities

• Works with Director, Business Development to identify, initiate, and analyze potential partnerships.
• Supports the coordination of all aspects of the development process both internal and external, including prospecting/qualification, pitching, due diligence, contract negotiations.
• Successfully onboards units to the platform to meet individual unit goals.
• Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a sales manager.
• Knowledge of basic knowledge of air conditioning.
• Need to working on weekend.
• Need to working overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.

Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.

Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.

Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.

Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.

Controlling company marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.

Attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization.

Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.

Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Minimum 3 years of relavant experience.

Good english skills and computer knowledge.
