Job Description:

• Serve as the primary representative of the Customer Engagement Training organization, acting as a strategic partner to brand leadership to drive Primary Care BU and Brand strategic priorities.
• Define both short-term and long-term L&D priorities for sales team for Primary Care (Vaccines, Contract Sales Organization) brands, in collaboration with Primary Care business and brand leadership as well as other key stakeholders
• Develop learning journey and training curriculum to address brand needs, coordinating with team members for an integrated approach to content development and mastery.

• Conduct engaging training sessions, both virtually and in person, covering product knowledge, disease states, competitive analysis, market dynamics, customer dynamics, sales techniques, and technical expertise.
