We are hiring a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products and services. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, particularly General Practitioners (GPs), to achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Sales:

• Identify and target GP clients within the assigned territory.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations emphasizing product benefits for GPs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Relationships:

• Cultivate strong relationships with GPs, addressing their needs promptly.
• Keep clients informed about relevant updates and new products.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about our product offerings and their relevance to GPs.
• Update knowledge on industry trends within primary care.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor GP segment trends and report on market conditions.
• Provide insights on competitor activities affecting GPs.

Administration:

• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Submit timely reports, including sales forecasts and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or a related field.
• Proven experience in medical sales, with a focus on GPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

What You Will Deliver

• Spearhead efforts to increase company revenue by proactively identifying and
  pursuing potential clients, using your in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market trends
• Manage and actively monitor and attending to leads from partner communication channels
• Increase company revenue via hunting & searching for potential clients
• Address inquiries & requests from customers & obtain clear understanding of business’ requirements
• Assist Sales Manager in preparing Quotation & Service Agreements
• Build rapport & maintain strong relationships with our business customers as well as driver partners
• Proactively identify issues & seek ideas for improvement from customers & relay accurate messages back to the Operations Team
• Complete operational tasks in a timely manner & adhere to tight deadlines
• Foster strong collaboration with Operations Team
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor

Who you are

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business related disciplines
• Preferably equipped with 3-4 years relevant experience in sales and related industries
• Have a good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, and B2B logistics
• Energetic and well-organized, hard-working with strong team work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS office applications
