Job Scope

• Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions.

• Coordinate with the respective branches to coordinate customers' viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base (B2B) within the air conditioning sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You’ll work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive sales and prepare quotations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

● Identify and target potential clients in the air conditioning market - grow new leads, including

marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients

● Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales

● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

The Sales Coordinator does administrative duties to help the sales department. She prepares sales-related documents during the sales process, gathers materials, and sets up information kits. The Coordinator keeps a record of sales that have met targets and renews sales contracts. He/She also makes sales enhancement plans with the sales team’s help. He/She prepares monthly sales reports and submits them to the department. This helps them track the progress of sales activities.
