Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $3000 - $5500 + VB
• Working Hour: 5.5 Days; Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm), Saturday - WFH: (9 am - 1pm)

Job Scope:

• Receive daily pricing requests for various shipments from both existing and potential agents within the company network
• Review ad-hoc and RFQ, RFP, and RFI documents, and compile final pricing
• Request pricing from airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders
• Coordinate with local and overseas vendors and partners to obtain competitive pricing
• Review all received pricing for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality checks on RFQs
• Provide competitive and timely pricing for daily inquiries and requests
• Provide feedback and review internal and external pricing structures
• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders
• Monitor costing and billing processes

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders

· Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance

· Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards

· Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments

· Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement

· Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment

· Process shipping operation and courier service

· Handling of all billing and invoices

· Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent

· With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

· Proactive and positive working attitude

· Meticulous with good organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
