Our client is a listed company in marine and shipping industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Duties of Payroll Executive:

• Handling all aspects of monthly employee compensation, such as taxes, bonuses, and CPF contributions.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Staying updated on statutory changes and implementing them in the system.
• Collaborating with the Finance department and government authorities.
• Managing employee benefits, medical claims, and documentation.
• Acting as a point of contact for auditors and insurers.
• Taking on other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree related field
• Experience in full spectrum payroll processing

What you will do

• Document controlImplement and coordinate local Document Control according to internal and legal requirements, such as ISO 13485.
  Ensure adherence to global documents while minimizing local documents, ensuring they align with global standards.
  Participate in and moderate local change board meetings.
  Train and consult team members on Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and process requirements.
  Conduct local meetings to inform stakeholders about document revisions or new releases.

• Report to the Project Manager and keep him updated on all activities.
