Responsibilities

· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

· Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance

· The ongoing training of your salespeople.

· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

· Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

· Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Responsibilities

· Upsell existing clients other enterprise solutions.

· Acquire new customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and using various Media platforms.

· Plan and Execute sales plan such as meeting clients, preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations for clients.

· Assist in new clients’ acquisition.

· Assist in managing client accounts.

· Any other ad-hocs as assigned.

Requirements

Job Responsibility:

· Position will be based in Singapore and will handle both local and overseas market

· To prepare sales budget and achieve sales targets

· Establish good rapport and maintain close business relationship with existing and new customers

· Provide commercial and technical support to customers

· Handle enquiry from customers about our products and technical aspect of products

· Expand market share and increase customer base both locally and overseas

· Perform market research among existing customer base to seek feedback on sales and after-sales service

Job Requirements:

· Possess a tertiary education in engineering(Eg. NITEC or DIPLOMA)
