Job Responsibilities

a) Paediatric Clinic Hours:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8.30am - 4pm
Wed: 12.00pm - 9.00pm
Sat or Sun: 8.30am - 1.30pm

b) GP Clinic Hours:

5 working days per week
2 days off randomly
Am is 7:50am to 5:25pm
PM is 12pm to 9:30pm
Mid shift is 10am to 7:30pm

• Prior specialist clinic experience
• Comfortable with 2-shift roster

• Operational Support: Provide consistently stellar operational support for equity swaps, equity executions, and equity derivative products.
• Trade Capture and Reconciliation: Manage trade capture, reconciliations, lifecycle management, and corporate actions for listed and OTC equity/equity derivative products.
• Sales and Trading Desk Support: Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries from the Sales and Trading Desks.
• Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide timely resolutions to client issues and breaks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders both within operations and outside of operations, including compliance, credit, sales, trading, legal, risk, and technology.
• Process Improvement: Exhibit proactivity to improve processes and enhance controls to mitigate operational risk to the firm.
• Team Contribution: Be a strong individual contributor while actively participating as a team player to achieve collective goals.
• Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects and liaise with both internal and external counterparts in different regions.

As an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist – Associate within Global Real Estate, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing health and safety management systems. Your work will prevent accidents and incidents through effective risk assessment and control. You'll ensure compliance with legislation and support the firm's operations across the APAC region. This role is vital in promoting a safe and healthy workplace, making a real difference in employees' lives.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.

• Implement governance and inspection requirements.

• Advise on health and safety risk management processes.

• Communicate legal and health and safety requirements.

• Develop operational controls for compliance.

• Support health and safety training needs and delivery.

• Establish forums for employee consultation on safety matters.

• Manage health and safety documents and records.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and report as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in a similar function.

• Comprehensive understanding of occupational health regulatory standards.

• Expertise in APAC-specific safety, health, and environmental laws.

• Proficient in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., WSHO, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH).

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated.

• Capable of working independently.

• Effective organizational and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in technical writing.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience in addressing technical safety issues in building management.

• Proven ability to consult on and resolve safety issues.

• Strong team player.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel as required.
