In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of Telesales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales via Telemarketing for products campaigns.
• Upsell and cross sell new services and solutions to existing customers.
• Handles renewals of customers licenses, subscriptions and support contracts.
• Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
• Data mining for specific group of targeted customers

Requirement :

• Fresh graduates from Polytechnic/university are welcome.
• Experience on renewal activities for IT companies will be advantages.
• Familiarity or experience with Microsoft 365 licensing will be advantages.
• Knowledge of business admin, marketing or IT will be advantages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant disposition.

Key Responsibilities
