Job Overview: The Product Specialist for Chocolates and Cookies (B2B Sales Focus) will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, driving sales strategies, and increasing market share for the company’s chocolate and cookie products within the B2B (Business-to-Business) segment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, experience in the food industry, and the ability to develop customized product solutions to meet the unique needs of B2B clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:

Account Management

• Develop and service assigned clients’ account consisting of various government agencies
• Responsible for growing account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY and developing deep customer relationship and updating customer profiling accurately
• Continually engage and establish relationships with, stakeholders, customers and additionally, expand customers’ profile
• Understanding customers’ needs, coordinate proposals from presales and provide a concise quotation for their consideration.
• Follow up, expedite and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal and events / training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables

Sales Operations Management

• Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales
• Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with presales teams
• Preparation of quotations for customer’s reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
• Track and ensure that timelines are met and updates are submitted to other functional teams
• Drive alignment with other functional teams and orchestrate appropriate resources for customer engagements

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• 1 -2 years experience in SI environment

5 Day Full time 44 hour work week that includes either Saturday/Sunday as assigned.

While your work will be divided into two roles, you will be performing one role at a time.

Multiple outlets: Pasir Panjang, Woodlands, Bukit Panjang. Sufficient travel time will be given.

Description:

• Bill and invoice Management: Keying of sales orders from walk in customers/WhatsApp orders.
• Cashiering: processing customer transactions.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of low stock items in warehouse, highlight if stock is not enough for delivery.
• Accounts Management: Keeping track of payments and following up of pending payments.
• Files Management: Filing paperwork passed to you by external and internetal warehouse employees, filing paperwork for tax declaration, tallying and flagging accounts that have missed payments/orders, and any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Able to work 1 weekend and on PH. (Off in lieu will be provided for PH.)
• Must be aged twentyone to be able to sell restricted tobacco products.
• Basic Computer skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English language to process mandarin documents and liase with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customers.
• Diploma or degree in a related field like Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Retail is a plus.
