· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry

· Good spoken and written English

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

· Confident, good organisational and people development skills

Responsibilities & Duties

• Attend and assist to customer queries, maintain good customer service and serve customers politely.
• Putting on a smile with positive thinking. Greet customers with a welcome.
• Work as a team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Assist with replenishing, packing and sorting of stocks.
• Planning work schedule.
• Ensure smooth operations for Sales department
• Promote product to customers
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
• Coordinate the delivery of goods
• Deal with customer refunds
• Keep up to date with company’s promotions
• Planning roster
• Provide Staff training

SALES SUPPORT:

•  Follow up on the delivery schedule and customer order
•  Attend to Director and Salesman’s assigned duties
•  Handle existing and new customers
•  Follow up customers enquires
•  Provide quotations to customer
•  Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products
•  Issue sales order
•  Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
• Familiar with accounting software is a plus point
• Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
• Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
